Dear Xiomara Ortiz,
This response is not acceptable. The request was simple and can be easily provided within the initial seven business days. All responses concerning police department employees have been unnecessarily delayed for no justifiable reason.

Good Morning,

Please see attached attendance report, which accounts for all time off and
reasons listed. “[A]ll shifts worked” are not being provided as schedules
could be inferred. Due to the safety and security exemption, police
personnel and staffing schedules are not permitted to be released as it
could create a risk to the safety of persons or property pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. Redactions were made to shift times based on this
exemption as well.

This completes your OPRA request.
