Dear Municipal Clerk,

So to confirm your claiming Hopewell is not in possession of any further attendance records for 2/28/19? Their was allegedly a public meeting lacking all members of township committee and auxiliary staff and on top of that you expect me to believe that all Hopewell township staff failed to come work on 2/28 and have yet to return in any capacity to date? Attendance is supposed to be taken on all individuals not just meeting guests, and Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56a et seq. and employer must keep a record both “the name of the employee” and “The total hours worked by the employee each day and each workweek" The fact that you're replying to email would lead one to believe that their should be at least some additional attendance records for you on that date.
