-The job posting, position description, and advertisement(s) for the Athletic Programs and Sports Medicine Administrator position, including a list of all outlets where the position was advertised and the dates of posting.
-The names and titles of all members of the search/interview committee for the Athletic Programs and Sports Medicine Administrator search.
-Any written criteria, rubric, or rating instrument used to evaluate candidates during the search process.
-All written communications (including email) between Board members, district administrators, and/or any search firm or consultant, related to the establishment of the search committee, the search process, or the selection of finalists for the Athletic Programs and Sports Medicine Administrator position, from January 2025 through May 2025.
-Any written recommendation(s) or report(s) submitted to the Board by the superintendent or search committee regarding the candidate(s) considered for this position.
-Any Board policies or administrative regulations governing the hiring of administrators that were in effect during this search.
