1. The County County Prosecutor's Asset Forfeiture Report ("Form B") for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2021. If both quarters are not yet available, then the same report for the 4th Quarter of 2020 and 1st Quarter of 2021.

2. The Borough of Midland Park Police Department's Municipal Forfeiture Program Report ("Form C") for the 1st and 2nd Quarters of 2021. If both quarters are not yet available, then the same report for the 4th Quarter of 2020 and 1st Quarter of 2021.
