1 All comments made to the ASBURY PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT facebook page posting made on July 1st at 10:56 pm, all Hidden comments to that post.
2 The blocked list for that same Facebook page. The Banned list for that page.
3 the list of blocked words for the same facebook page.
4 The written policy that determines the censorship of that page.
5 the social media posting policy for that page.
6 The written police department policy ,that describes police employees duty to submit opra requests to the town clerk.

All of these records except number 6 can be easily accessed by anyone on the planet with a internet connection and the administrator access passwords. I can view these records from my own home . All you need to do is give me the facebook password. This police department regularly accesses the administrator account for this page. They are well versed in its use. Anyone with a business facebook page knows exactly how to get these records. That can be demonstrated to a superior court judge in a minute or less.
