This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

It states that the Department of Environmental Protection must be notified in writing prior to the removal and/or disposal of asbestos This occurred both in the beginning of the project, and also in the first half of October.

Please provide all notification documents as sent to the Department of Environmental Protection during the duration of this project .
