My name is Rory Moore. I seek all related documents for the asbestos abatement documents for 535 FRANKLIN AVENUE, Nutley. The building was razed, recently. Annexed, please find the URL and documents related to the site. I OPRE the documents from the Township of Nutley. I received a handwritten note stating the procedures were legal.

The building had asbestos-wrapped pipes and 9 inches titles. There was never a notice posted. The Township of Nutley allowed a farmers market to existing in the annexed parking lot.

I seek all related asbestos studies, documents, and abatement plans.
