Dear East Brunswick Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1) the three (3) most recent meeting minutes for municipal Arts Council/Committee
2) the one (1) most recent audio/video recording of a Arts Council/Committee meeting

Dear East Brunswick Township,
I'm writing to follow up on record request #25-1630. You indicated that there is no arts council/committee for East Brunswick. However, in response to record request #25-8, you provided a document named "2025 Annual Meeting Notice For Website and Publication FINAL.pdf" The document indicated there is an "Arts Commission" and an "Arts Coalition" - Can you please provide the requested information for each of these bodies? Thanks.

As per the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA),
“Submission of repeated requests to multiple custodians in the
same public agency for the same record, while an identical or
substantially similar request is pending in the agency, shall
permit the custodian to deny the request.” N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6(g).
