I am seeking clarification for your request, "Copies of all police reports
involving arrests for the month of March 2020". N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3.b.
limits the disclosure of certain information contained in a police arrest
report. The information you are entitled to is contained in the criminal
complaint. Are you seeking copies of all criminal complaints for March
2020?
