Dear Pamelina:
I am asking for an extension of two days, until April 26, 2024. Our police records department said this request should be denied due to the fact that the case is still open and considered under investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's office, therefore the reason for the denial is NJSA 47:1A-1.1. I am waiting to hear from the Prosecutor's office who are now handling the case. I have a conference call scheduled with the Municipal Attorney for tomorrow to see what we are legally able to release.
