Your Opra request regarding incident 22053991 has been completed and attached for your convenience. Due to citizens reasonable expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1 "privacy interest," pedigree/medical information has been redacted from the CAD, Investigative, and Booking Reports. The charges filed can be located on both the Booking and IR report. The booking photo/mugshot has been denied as they are not releasable pursuant to Executive Order 26 McGreevey (Melton v. Camden 2011-2013). Any follow-up reports (Supplemental reports) are exempt from Opra under criminal investigatory exception and shall not be released at this time.

Your Opra request for the Arresting Officer's BWC/MVR has been completed and the total amount due is $.80 cents. Due to citizens reasonable expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1 "privacy interest," pedigree/medical information has been redacted from the both footages if applicable. One clip was exempt from being provided under 47:1A-1.1 due to expectation of privacy under medical. Due to the files being too large, the footage was burned onto a DVD-R disc which can be picked up from Headquarters Records Bureau, located on the Second Floor, open Monday through Friday 8:00-4:15pm.

I would like to ask if the DVD-R disc of the video footages are available to be mailed. If yes, then let us know the payment method. We would prefer online transactions if it is an option.

The discs can be mailed but unfortunately our only methods of payment accepted are a certified check made out to Township of Edison or cash at our Headquarters. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We can also pay the $.80 cents by check to Township of Edison which is accepted. Please provide me address to sent the check and we will start processing the payment immediately. Also let me know if there are any extra postal fees. And please mail the discs to the following address:
