There is a fee of $.75 cents for the coy of the BWC footage. Please advise when you will be in to pay for this as we cannot begin processing until payment has been received.

I would like to request a waiver of the fee, as the service charges for paying the 75 cents might be three times higher than the fee itself.
If a waiver is not possible, could you please inform us of all the available payment methods?

We are unable to waive the fee. You can send a check or money order by mail, or if you choose to come in person, any payment method can be used. There are no additional service charges, only the $.75 cents is required. We would make you aware of additional fees before processing and there are none for this request.

Will you be picking up the CD or will we be mailing it to you? If we are mailing it, you will also need to pay for postage which is an additional $1.87, for a total of $2.62. You can make the check or money order payable to Pemberton Township and be sure to include Attn: Sunshine Dashiell, Clerk's Office on the envelope.

And regarding the payment, we have already processed the $0.75 before getting the information of the additional postal charges. So we are again processing the additional postal charges of $1.87 (as mentioned by you) separately which will then make a total of $2.62. Please do acknowledge, when you receive both the payments ($0.75 and $1.87). And also please inform when the CD is mailed.
