The Camden County Sheriff's Department conducted a search of their files
and informed our office that this incident is part of an ongoing
investigation. Therefore, the requested records are exempt from release
under OPRA pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3 - ongoing investigation, as is
required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6.
As such, this correspondence and the records provided constitutes
