The New Jersey State Parole Board is in receipt of your recent open public
records act (O.P.R.A.) request for the following records:
The arrest/incident report under incident number, 24-018D6 (arrest date
07/17/2024) and mug shots from this incident.
Regarding your request for “mugshots”, be advised that the State Parole
Board has no records responsive to this portion of your request. The
State Parole Board does not take photos at the time of arrest. “Mugshots”
are taken at the time an individual is lodged in a county jail or state
facility. You would need to contact the county jail or state facility
that the individual was lodged in order to obtain these records. Further,
be advised that any photos maintained by the State Parole Board are deemed
confidential and will not be released absent a court order directing the
Board to release same (N.J.A.C. 10A:71-2.2(b).
Be advised that the requested arrest/incident reports under 24-018D6 are
attached for your review. Information deemed confidential (N.J.A.C.
10A:71-2.2(b)) have been redacted accordingly.
