Arrest report is attached. Certain personal identifying information has
been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq which states:
A public governmental agency has the responsibility and the obligation to
safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which
it has been entrusted,
an individual's home address and telephone number, as well as his or her
social security number, shall not be disclosed by a public agency at any
level of
government to anyone other than a person duly authorized by this State or
the United States, except as otherwise provided by law.

The incident report is a criminal investigation record-a record which is
not required by law to be made, maintained or kept on file that are held
by a
law enforcement agency which pertain to any criminal investigation or
related civil enforcement proceeding.
These records are not disclosable under OPRA pursuant to N.J.S A.
47:1A-1.1

Mugshots are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Executive Order No. 69 (
Whitman) Which states:
The following records shall not be deemed to be public records subject to
inspection and examination and available for copying
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 73, P.L. 1963, as amended:

investigation
records that are required to be made, maintained or kept by any State or
local governmental agency
