Good morning,
I am requesting under OPRA, bodycam footage in the arrest of 50-year-old
Phillip Realpe of Hoboken for shoplifting, receiving stolen property, and
possession of drug paraphernalia on August 27, 2024, at approximately 9:25
a.m. for shoplifting items at the Walgreens 1300 Willow Ave. He was
located at 19th Street and Waterfront Terrace in Weehawken and arrested.
Officers Frank Francolino, Marco Grossman, and Chris Hatfield responded to
Walgreens
Sgt. Saverio Binetti located a man and Officers Hatfield and Tyrone
Huggins responded to that location.
I, have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States;
I, or another person, will use the requested government records for
commercial purposes;
I, am not seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
