Please be advised, that no arrest report or mugshot exists. As such, there
are no records responsive to this request.

Regarding the incident report, per N.J.S.A.47:1.1 (criminal
investigatory), Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002), and N.J.S.A.
47:1A-9(a)-(b) and P.L. 104-191 (HIPAA) cannot be released.
