The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)

Your OPRA request sought the following:

Dear Lakewood Township,

I am writing to request access to and copies of records under the Freedom
of Information Act.
Specifically, I am seeking information related to:

Arrest Date: 30-11-2022
Incident Number: 22-096813

Please provide the following documents:

disclosure of this information is in the public interest and will

Please be advised, that no arrest report or mugshot exists. As such, there
are no records responsive to this request.

Regarding the incident report, per N.J.S.A.47:1.1 (criminal
investigatory), Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey 2002), and N.J.S.A.
47:1A-9(a)-(b) and P.L. 104-191 (HIPAA) cannot be released.
