I am writing to request access to and copies of records Freedom of Information I am seeking information related to an arrest that occurred on 27-10-2021 associated with the Incident number #21LH10422
Please include all relevant documents, reports, and any other information pertaining to this arrest. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me, However, I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government

I need to know exactly what records you are requesting and if you are requesting BWC video. The videos must be redacted and that does cost, Any and all reports will also be redated of personal information. I will also have to obtain permission for releasing any videos form the prosecutors office. I will need an extension of time to get the permissions once I understand exactly what you are asking for in this request. I attached an OPRA request form, so that you can see the fees associated with BWC video. I will be on vacation until July 8 and will begin addressing your request when I return. Thank you, Tammy Duffy
