I am writing to request access to and copies of records Freedom of Information I am seeking information related to an arrest that occurred on 27-04-2021 associated with the Incident number #I-2021-006063
Please include all relevant documents, reports, and any other information pertaining to this arrest. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me, However, I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government

In accordance with GRC Decisions 2008-259 and 2016-153 and NJSA 2A:4A-60
which states that Social, medical, psychological, legal, and other records
of the court and probation division, and records of law enforcement
agencies, pertaining to juveniles charged as a delinquent or found to be
part of a juvenile-family crisis, shall be strictly safeguarded from
public inspection, your request is denied.
However, attached are the Use of Force reports which are redacted to
safeguard the juveniles identity.
