Dear Hudson County Prosecutor's Office,

I am writing to request access to and copies of records Freedom of Information I am seeking information related to an arrest that occurred on 04-06-2023 associated with the Incident case HCRST 23-29.

Please include all relevant documents, reports, and any other information pertaining to this arrest. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me, However, I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government

The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office is governed by the Open Public Records Act "OPRA" not the Freedom of Information Act which governs the federal government and agencies.
In addition, we cannot locate a file just by the date of an arrest. The Incident Case Number is not a number familiar to our office. Do you have the defendant's name? The crime charged?
