I am writing to request access to and copies of records Freedom of Information I am seeking information related to an arrest that occurred on 13-12-2023 associated with the Incident case 23057265.
Please include all relevant documents, reports, and any other information pertaining to this arrest. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me, However, I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government

Attached please find copy of redacted CAD criminal Report# 23057265 and Arrest, the department is waving the fee for this electronic request.
Unfortunately, we must charge for video footage, there is a $1.00 fee per DVD and picked up is at the Police Department Records Bureau.
Please let me know if you would like the DVDs so that I can submit your request to the appropriate department.
