Dear Atlantic City,

I am writing to request access to and copies of records Freedom of Information I am seeking information related to an arrest that occurred on 03-06-2023 associated with the Incident case 23-054507.

Please include all relevant documents, reports, and any other information pertaining to this arrest. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me, However, I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government

information/documents/records would be inimical to the public interest,
only certain information may be released.

 

The incident narrative has been redacted from the response, and the
balance of the narrative has not been provided

as it is considered a criminal investigatory record which includes
information that is part and parcel of an investigation,

resolved or unresolved, and as such is exempt pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1. Janeczko v. NJ Dep’t of Law and Pub. Safety,

Div. of Criminal Justice, GRC Complaint Nos. 2002-79 and 2002-80 (June
2004).

 

The address and date of birth of the suspect and employee identification
numbers of police officers have been redacted from the Use of Force
Reports.
