The processing of your recently submitted Open Public
Records Act request has been completed. The records you
are requesting are exempt from disclosure under OPRA
exemption N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9(a)-(b) which upholds
exemptions contained in other State and Federal
statutes. According to N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33 (Prevention of
Domestic Violence Act of 1991), all records maintained
pursuant to this Act shall be confidential and shall not
be made available to any individual or institution
except as otherwise provided by law.

I have provided a Vaughn Index listing denied records
and the legal reasoning for their denial.
