They checked their records and replied  “Upon a check of the case number
in question:  2021-011656 there is no Arrest Report, no Booking
information, and no Charges files.”

Please confirm if the case was handled by the Phillipsburg Police
Department. There are several adjacent municipalities that use
Phillipsburg addresses.
