The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 5/9/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day

your request is being provided to you on the 3rd business day

Regulation, personal identifying information (date of birth,
social security number, phone number, driver's license number) has
not been provided.
