Attached please find the response to your Open Public Records Request filed with the City of Absecon regarding Case #1-2022-013230.
Redactions have been made as to the social security number, unlisted telephone number, and driver’s license number pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1. Redactions have also been made to the vehicle plate number pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 (allows for exemptions from disclosure contained in other state statutes and court rule to apply under OPRA) and New Jersey Court Rule 1:38-7(a) defining confidential personal identifier as including vehicle plate numbers. Redactions have been made to the vehicle identification number pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 (allows for exemptions from disclosure contained in other state statutes and court rule to apply under OPRA) and N.J.A.C. 13:18-11.3(c) (Information contained in the Motor Vehicle Commission Database, such as vehicle identification numbers, is not subject to production as a government record). Redactions have been made to the personal addresses and date of birth, and photograph pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 exempting from disclosure a citizen’s personal information when disclosure would violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.

The arrest report I received yesterday against the "arrest request of incident case #20-029518" was for another incident case with incident case number #I-2022-013230 which was requested on 16th April 2024 and not for this particular case#20-029518.
