and regulations, Executive Orders of the Governor, Rules of Court,
Constitution of this State, or judicial case law. Therefore, your request

cannot be released under N.J.S.A. 2C:25-33 (“Prevention of Domestic
Violence Act of 1991”) which states that: All records maintained pursuant
