Attached please find the records that to the best of my knowledge are
believed to be responsive to your request. Redactions have been made to
driver’s license numbers, social security numbers and personal phone
numbers pursuant to N.J.S.A 47:1A-5. Redactions have also been made to the
birth month and day of individuals pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1. Under
New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 47:1A‑1.1), criminal investigatory records, which
include records not required by law to be made, maintained, or kept on
file, and which pertain to any criminal investigation or related civil
enforcement proceeding are not considered “government records” under OPRA
and are therefore exempt from public disclosure. Therefore, mugshots are
not disclosable under OPRA.
There are no other records responsive to your OPRA Request. This request
is now deemed complete and closed.
