I am writing to request access to and copies of records under the New Jersey Freedom of Information Act.

Good morning,
Attached are the records you requested per OPRA (Arrest report, mugshot,
officer incident reports as well as the CAD logs). This incident started
out as a DWI stop but further incidents with this person it became a
criminal investigation. Per OPRA DWI is not a criminal offense as it is
seen as traffic only. You are able to get anything to do with the DWI stop
but once it becomes a criminal investigation, I must be redacted per OPRA
law N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 since it is considered a criminal investigatory
record.
