Mug Shot- Please further note that the Borough is legally precluded from
releasing (NAME) mugshot. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9.a. provides that the provisions
of OPRA shall not abrogate any exemption of a public record or government
record from public access heretofore made pursuant to . . . Executive
Order of the Governor. Executive Order of the Governor No. 69 states,
“[t]he following records shall not be deemed to be public records subject
to inspection and examination and available for copying pursuant to the
provisions of Chapter 73, P.L. 1963, as amended: fingerprint cards, plates
and photographs and similar criminal investigation records that are
required to made, maintained or kept by any State or local agency.”
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
