Good afternoon:

Attached please find the response to your OPRA request from the Atlantic
City Police Department.

The identity and personal information regarding the medical emergency of
the caller has been redacted for privacy concerns.  See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.

A public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from
public access a citizen's personal information with

which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the
citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy.

See Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).

The home address, date of birth, phone number and social security number
of the suspect and the identity, home address and date of birth of the
juvenile suspect have been redacted.
