I am writing to request access to and copies of records under the New Jersey Freedom of Information Act.
Specifically, I am seeking information related to:

• Mugshot/Arrest Report - This was not our agencies call (it was South
Toms River PD's), therefore, we have no arrest record or mugshot for
this case (no responsive records).

 

• Incident Report - It cannot be released as it was a
psychological/psychiatric related call.

Being this was a psychological/psychiatric situation, the records cannot
be released.
