Good afternoon,
Your OPRA request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business
days for legal review. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the
requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made
available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall
be deemed denied.”
Your request requires an extension of time until Thursday, May 15th.
If the documents are compiled sooner, they will be forwarded to you

this OPRA.
This arrest record is redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3.b, which
states that information contained within the arrest report must be
disclosed: defendant's name, age, residence, occupation, marital status,
time and place of arrest, text of the charges, arresting agency, identity
of the arresting personnel, amount of bail and whether it was posted. Any
other information was redacted. There is no mug shot available.
