I am writing to request access to and copies of records under the New Jersey Freedom of Information Act.
Specifically, I am seeking information related to:

 The file is too large to email, therefore, you can collect the disc via:

 

• In-person pick up ($0.85)

◦ Any working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  between 9:00 am and  3:00 pm

                          Wednesday                             between
9:00 am and  5:30 pm

                           Friday                                   
  between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm

◦ Have payment in money order or check form only - NO CASH
◦ Payment written out to the City of South Amboy
◦ Cost of the disc is $0.85 (eighty-five cents)

• US Mail delivery ($5.85)

▪ $5.00 mailing fee in addition to $0.85 disc fee

◦ Remit payment of $5.85 (five dollars and eighty-five cents) via
money order or check payable               

      to the City of South Amboy

◦ Send payment to South Amboy Police Dept. – Records Bureau; 140
North Broadway;            

      South Amboy, NJ 08879

◦ Once payment is received, the disc will be sent to the address you
provide via US Mail

      delivery
