Please find your completed request attached. Please be advised your request is for a criminal investigatory record which is exempt from OPRA per NJSA 47:1A-1. However, consistent with NJSA 47:1A-3b I have provided redacted versions of the Arrest report and Investigation report. The request for a mugshot is denied due to NJSA 47:1A-1 as it is part of a criminal investigatory record and it is not releasable.
If you disagree, an appeal can be filed with the Government Records Council (GRC) or Superior Court.
