With regard to your OPRA request dated April 17, 2024, see attached
responsive documents. Please note that certain redactions were made due to
N.J. Statute 47:1A-1a regarding a public agencies’ responsibility and
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy. Personal
identifiers were also redacted which are non-disclosable under OPRA.

With regard to your OPRA request dated May 6, 2024, a USB flash drive
containing the body worn camera footage is available for pick up at our
office. There is a $4.00 for this USB drive due upon receipt. This footage
is from the Body Worn Camera utilized by officer Brian Kapp. The LPD is
not in possession of any other Body Worn Camera footage from any other
officers who responded to the incident in question.

The USB was mailed on July 3, 2024 to the below address. Your initial
email did not include -2500 after the suite number. I indicated on the
envelope Suite #134 only. I do not think, however, that this is a cause
for non-delivery. If you do not receive the USB by the end of the week, I
will mail out another.
I do not know if you are experiencing the same issues in Georgia, the mail
service in this area has been horrendous for several years and recently
has gotten worse. I am hoping you receive this package promptly.
