criminal investigatory record that is exempt pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1-A-1.

 

The balance of the request is denied as these records are considered
criminal investigatory records which includes information that is part and
parcel of an investigation, resolved or unresolved, and as such are exempt
pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1. See Janeczko v. NJ Dep’t of Law and Pub.
Safety, Div. of Criminal Justice, GRC Complaint Nos. 2002-79 and 2002-80
(June 2004).
