Attached you will find the Booking Report for incident 23064943. Due to citizen's expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1.1, pedigree/personal identifying information (ie: street address, dob (year released), SSN, D.L., birth city) were redacted from the Booking Report. The Incident Report at this time is being denied under NJSA 47:1A-1.1 as a Criminal Investigatory Record. As previously advised, mugshots are also not releasable pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9(a) and Executive Order No. 9 (Hughes).
