The Township of Waterford received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on April 17, 2024. The seven-day business deadline for my response is April 26 2024. This response is being sent to you on the 4th business day since the receipt of your request.

Attached is the accident report relating to Case #2020107499.
The arrest report as well as other documents on file cannot be released under OPRA as they are criminal investigative and are exempt from disclosure (I have also included a copy of the OPRA exemptions for reference).
