There is some confusion. This response is for your OPRA request for records associated with Case 23-51080, the arrest of Yuan Li, which is linked to OPRAmachine email above. There are no BWC videos from Detective Mahan (per your clarification below) for this request. I am asking if I can close this OPRA request. This case is unrelated to Kelli Bowen.
