Your response that there are no responsive records to my request are contrary to what has been published on the City’s Facebook page.
I am requesting an internal review of this request prior to filing the GRC appeal in case there was an oversight on your part.
The City has publicly announced itself that the City’s police department responded to a call for service and ultimately made an arrest, which would have generated a CAD report, an arrest report, and a criminal complaint at a minimum. All of which are subject to public disclosure with appropriate redactions.

Pursuant to your Request dated the 16th inst.:
During my internal review the Office of the County Prosecutor has stated that
"the requestor should be told that the case is considered active, and they should be referred to our office."
As such, and to clarify, any records that are in possession of the City are not considered subject to disclosure at this time as the matter falls presently under the purview of the County Prosecutor.
I again refer you to the Office of the County Prosecutor for information pertaining to the records that you seek.
