I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

1. Police arrest report authored by SGT. Ruben Rodriguez on August 8, 2024 in which he arrested and charged an individual named “Brandon” with aggrieved assault.

2. Police report authored by Officer Sebastian Montes in relation to the arrest incident that occurred with SGT Ruben Rodriguez on August 8, 2024.

3. Full Body camera footage of the incident as well. August 8, 2024 showing SGT Ruben Rodriguez making the arrest of individual named Brandon.

4. Any and all internal affairs reports relating to the same incident on August 8, 2024.
