Please be advised, that pursuant to the NJ Supreme Court Rules and
Guidelines (Rule1:38) NJ Courts are exempt from the Open Public Records
Act (OPRA). Instead the NJ Administrative Office of the Courts in
compliance with the Rule developed and published a form (The New Jersey
Judiciary Records Request Form) for public access to Court records.
