Any and all records related to the investigation and arrest of Edward Lynch for the Possession of and Distribution of Child Pornography including but not limited to any and all National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) complaints and complaint numbers, Investigation and Supplemental Investigation reports, arrest reports, sentencing reports, any reports related to bail hearings/detention hearings, and any and all reports and report numbers of any reports/communication made to the NJ State Police or to or from local police departments, and HSI, related to the investigation and arrest of Edward Lynch by members of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Technology Crime Unit regarding a search warrant executed on or about August 24, 2023 in Toms River, NJ and his subsequent re-arrest April 21, 2024 for the Distribution of Child Pornography. Included in the request would be any spin off investigations conducted by any member of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office related to Edward Lynch. Thanks so much.
