Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Any and all records related to the investigation and arrest of Christian
Kohl for the Possession of Child Pornography, Attempted Endangering the
Welfare of a Child and Attempt to Provide Obscene Material to a Child,
including but not limited to any and all National Center for Missing and
Exploited Children (NCMEC) complaints and complaint numbers, Investigation
and Supplemental Investigation reports, arrest reports, sentencing
reports, any reports related to bail hearings/detention hearings, and any
and all reports and report numbers of any reports/communication made to
the NJ State Police or to or from local police departments, the Monmouth
County Prosecutor’s Office and HSI, related to the investigation and
arrest of Christian Kohl by members of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s
Office High Technology Crime Unit regarding a search warrant executed on
or about August 15, 2024 in Brick, NJ. Included in the request would be
any spin off investigations conducted by any member of the Ocean County
Prosecutor’s Office related to Christian Kohl. Thanks so much.
