I am writing to request an internal review of Sparta Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Arrest July 23, 2024'.
Sparta police sent out unredacted copies and my identity was stolen the last couple of years have been a nightmare for me and Jeff mcarrick chuckles when I speak about it informs me that his reputation is better than mine and nobody will believe or help me starting to think he’s right. I’ve got tons of proof that there is an unequal protection of the law for me and my family. So I’m going to focus all my attention on Sparta police and municipal I’ve been documenting everything. They have cost me about 50k in and special redaction fees. They answer to no one this needs to stop. I already filed a suit against and about to file the second and it’s looking like a third is coming soon. I’ve seen town employees try to get me in trouble and discuss what they are going to do to me and MY LAND even after the town lawyer told zoning Dorrie fox that the town won’t get involved she said they wouldn’t just to watch them discuss at a public town meeting my property and what actions they can take next they never spoke to me about anything no letter call email or stopping to talk with me when they drive out after colluding with my neighbors not a peep they set up elaborate plans and trespass on my property with my neighbor no notice just go onto my property whenever they want and destroy my land total violation of my rights on several different occasions all but one were after quiet hours with a backhoe on my land and then provoke me anyway my identity was sold 49 times last month down from 93 the month before. Police take a oath we need to remind Sparta pd protect any serve.
