Under NJSA 47:1A-3(b), please provide all information required about all arrests made by your officers/agents during the period of September 16, 2019 through September 30, 2019.
Please do not omit critical information such as the LOCATION or TIME of the arrest, or the complete list of charges filed against the individual. Though it is okay to redact names of juveniles, please do not entirely omit these records from your response. If you are providing a summary/list, please kindly provide the list in Excel format or sort by the arrest date/time.

I am the Police Records Clerk for the Highland Park Police Department;
your request was received by my office on October 3, 2019. As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is October 15,
2019. This response to your request is being provided to you on the first
(1st) business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
