ARPA money received by the Borough of Keansburg

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

In regards to Keansburg Borough receiving $946,172.67 under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), I am requesting to see how that money will be used. If it is planned to be used for various purposes, please supply an itemized list of how that money will be broken up. Or, if any of the money received through ARPA has already been used, where/how was it used?

In regards to the Borough of Keansburg receiving $946,172.67 under the
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), the Borough has not received these funds
as of today’s date. There is no itemized list or plan at this time for
these funds.
