The links you sent do not work. I filed a second request directly
through the city's OPRA portal. Please provide the records through
that request instead of this one.

Dear Mr. Kumar, we do not understand why the link would not work.  Perhaps
it has to do with your request coming from a questionable website.  

Since you mention you have filed a new request through our OPRA portal,
I'll be more than happy to attach these records onto the new request if
you give me the number of the new request.  The only one I found under
your name is for a completely different property (189 Academy, not 30
Journal Square).  Please advise if this is the one you are referring to.
Also, please note that the Division of City Planning has advised that
drawing are only available for inspection at the office of City Planning
and by appointment only.
