I am unable to honor you request for information of a third party
personnel information in accordance with the following case law.
The Council upheld the custodian’s denial, noting that Paff v. Cmty. Educ.
Ctr., 2013 N.J. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 2813 (App. Div. 2013) supported that
the custodian was not required to obtain personnel information from a
non-public agency in order to fulfill the request.
